Had a holiday cancelled due to Covid, they refunded £568 and the remaining money of £410 was issued as a credit voucher, when trying to rebook a holiday I was informed that the voucher was only worth £220, after sending a copy of the original voucher and asking for confirmation of the value , emails suddenly ceased! Obviously a difficult and nefarious company to deal with!!!
