Jetline is literally the worst travel coordinator I have ever encountered. In August-September, I went through a month-long process of unanswered calls and emails trying to change a traveler name, for which I was charged $700 and given an arrival time in Rome that ate up 1/2 a day of our two days there. Also, starting in September I started asking for train transfer vouchers and was put off until the 2nd week of October. On October 10th they asked for our selections of departure times from Rome and Florence, which I supplied. On the 11th I received an email that I would receive the vouchers within 5 business days. On October 23, I sent an email following up on the vouchers. The email, not a call, was never received. Today, on October 25th, I called the 2 telephone numbers I have for Jetline and both rang indefinitely, with no opportunity to leave a voicemail. I again emailed our agent and the department supervisor, requesting the vouchers. The first leg of our trip leaves on November 7th. Will this insanity ever end?? PSA, when booking a travel package, check to ensure the travel coordinators are Jetline. If so, run. Run as fast as you can.
