This is the worst booking experience I've had - no communication, no updated travel itinerary, booking numbers that are not valid. I have no address, phone number or contact information for my accommodations or transportation in an Arabic speaking country. I am not receiving the accommodations or package that was advertised. They have no regard for my safety or the need to share my itinerary with my family before I depart my country in less than 24 hours. This company does not care about their clients or their image. As a matter of fact, they scrub all comments off of social media!

Booked /paid for transfers upon arrival in Santorini . No transfer to meet us . Paul at the company advised us to send receipts in and we would be reimbursed . Despite emails and unanswered calls no refund has been received . Looking at other reviews wished we had not booked with this company . Jetline if you want bookings provide acustomer service after booking .

Avoid at all cost do not book with them terrible company. Customer service is diabolical. They never return your calls and they tell lies. We booked a cruise with terrible service. No one to meet us at lake Garda I had to make a call. On return we had a 2 day stop off in Venice we got to our hotel only to be informed our booking had been cancelled. Spoke to Jetline eventually which was very stressful whilst you are away and I was told to make my own booking and they would refund me on return. I returned on the 18th September and after numerous phone calls, emails promises of a refund I am still waiting. It has now been referred to their complaints department and I have had a reply back it will be another 28 days disgusting.

This company is just terrible, lack of communication, lack of care, Don't respond to complaints and if they do respond it is with the same message we can't get the information from our supplier. I had a horrific experience with a driver who took me from Hurghada to Luxor to join my ship for my Nile cruise. Without going into detail this was sexual assault reported at the time to the company. I made 4 statements while in Egypt and complained again on my arrival back in the UK This was in June 2024 I am still waiting for compensation to be paid and will probably end up taking this further. While the company email back stating they understand how upsetting this incident was they are not prepared to action the compensation in a timely matter Avoid this company

Book a twin city break Krackow and Warsaw, with the break was a visit to Auschwitz which I which was in with the cost ( customer pays for) and the train to Warsaw which again I payed for, I was promised by your staff (Anthony and Lisa) not real names, I would get a refund after numerous telephone calls I keep getting ignored, I have resorted to take this to the small claims court. I have used jetline before never any problems, this time it’s been a nightmare I keep getting told lies and the customer service is terrible John Grady ref, 4759829

Absolute SCAM of a company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Everything they do is a bate and switch, we started out with a $3000 vacation and ended up paying $6000 and they still tried to charge us for a hotel that was supposed to be included. STAY AWAY.

Terrible customer service I made a serious complaint while in resort and again as soon as I came home still not resolves I keep getting told they are having problems getting the information from the supplier they used I made 4 statements while in Egypt and it appears all have disappeared as jetline don't seem to be able to get a copy, good job I kept a copy I returned from holiday 12th June and so far no resolution to my serious complaint. Would not use this company again and if you are using them for egypt be very careful

Totally wish we had not booked with this company we have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks. Customer service is disgraceful. Plenty of other reputable companies out there never ever again Once they have your money they are not interested in anything to help you before travelling!!!!!!

Very poor experience lots of issues including unauthorised amounts taken from account, holiday completely misrepresented, lack of understanding regarding mobility issues, charged £200 more for flights yet could not provide a receipt it has taken 4 months of communication on my part to be ignored by senior management team. This company will happily take your money and then that's it not interested if any issues. We had a 3 day excursion booked which was a total sham and spoilt because of the lack of understanding of how busy it would be and nobody in charge of the pick up times/coaches because of the chaos we had to miss breakfasts and evening meals due to not being able to get their act together. Look at other reviews/experiences which all say the same AVOID!!!!!!

Avoid at all cost. Terrible service. Refusal to refund whole package when operator cancelled flights. Customer service uncaring and unhelpful, promise to call back but never do. Continual lies and am still waiting for money back 8 months later.

1 booked on Ryanair, who( according to our pilot) apparently used our plane on a different route causing us a four hour delay. 2 we should have been met by a taxi to take us to our hotel in valencia . The taxi company advised that even had we been on time they would not have been there to pick us up, as the journey had not been confirmed by our travel co. They were sorry but they couldn't help. 3 contacted jetline who said take a taxi as they couldn't help and to write to them and ask if they would refund the taxi fare. This was now a further 40 min delay. I asked for an e mail to confirm they would pay but this was refused. No help at all. 3 our train between cities was a problem as railworks were to cause long delays and three changes of train. This was not the same for all journeys. Had the train been booked at the time of our booking then we would have been on a slightly delayed one change train. 4 it is true that I accepted the train delay was unacceptable and flight would be OK. However when the paperwork came through I realised that this would involve a potentially longer travel time. Cost in getting to the airport and from the airport in sevilla. In addition I would have to pay 150 euros to take our cases on the air carrier (veulung) which is like another version of Ryanar apparently. 4 i asked that we be put back on the 9.14 train which would have cost us minimal additional time and only one change. Of train. I was told that it was too late as the flights could not be cancelled. In any event there were no seats on the train. I had checked and there were seats. 5 further dissatisfaction when we realised we were to be picked up at 4.20am to be taken to the airport, for our return home. All in all totally unsatisfactory arrangements and service.

The communication is very poor. The instructions are very poor. The companies they use have terrible customer service.!!! My first time in Europe was only wonderful because Italy and their people were wonderful all of our flights. Transfers, excursions were a complete mess as far as instructions and timing.!!

Egypt 2024 Enjoyed our tour to Egypt 2024….Great company to work with … They kept us updated of any changes and got us the best flights..it was soooo PEACEFUL and SERENE in Egypt .they arranged to fly us from nyc to Cairo and to fly us from Cairo to Luxor and by boat on the Nile to Aswan all without a hitch ….luxor…where the history was amazing. Abu was our great tour guide with exceptional knowledge..,.thank you Roger for arranging our travel. .will travel via Jetline again.,,

Never use this agency. Promised flights paid extra for faster arrival…didn’t happen, no communication about hotel or flights, boarding passes etc, no communication about itinerary changes, at the airport the greeting person was not in site til late to get us to ferry when the ferry dropped us off…..again no one to meet us at 10-10:30 in a dark parking lot, finally called the hotel to come get us after attempting several calls to “jetline” with no answer…we were on our own, then the driver dropped us off at the bottom of the hill from the hotel and we had to carry our luggage up ourselves at midnight, yes there was a drop off at hotel front. This agency is all talk and absolutely no action. When we tried calling the 2nd or 3rd day to speak to a supervisor they said there was not one, finally after speaking with 2 reps they said a manager would call me the following day…of course that never happened. They are a scam company. I could go on forever with many complaints. Just know to NEVER use this company. I found it through Trip Advisor which should be embarrassed to have them on their recommendation list. I’ll never use them again either.

Whatever you do, don’t book with this company! If it seems too good to be true, it definitely is with this company. If you like paying more than advertised and pay more for a shorter flight time and still end up with budget flight times then go ahead book it. If you like not having communications, flight information, lodging information until 48 hours before you leave, be my guest. If you like having to constantly contact a representative to check in or obtain a boarding pass, feel free to give them your money. If you like not having a boarding pass when you fly into Istanbul on your way to Naples and routed into security have at it. If you like waiting in the cold dark for 30 minutes in a foreign country for a ride to your hotel, by all means book with them. If you like having tours change dates and times, and not be able to enjoy your experiences to the fullest then please consider booking with jetline holidays. From now on I will scroll right past their special prices, and warn everyone not to book with them. The 3 separate groups that booked this trip felt the same. The best things about this trip were not from Jetline.

This company was the worse vacation package one can travel with. I have been to several countries with other agencies such as Globus, Gate 1 UTO and many others to China, Indian, Brazil and many more. I have never experience the worse hotel ever, we were lodged at Travelodge at King Cross station in London, as if thats not bad enough, we were placed at Hotel 18 in Paris. My sisters and I left and booked another 2 rooms in a better hotel in Paris. Now, that cost us almost extra $1,200 for 2 nights we spend in Paris. In addition to all these, this agent did not tell us that May 1st is a public holiday in Paris, the only reason we went to Paris in the first place is to shop for something different. I will never recommend this agency to any one and I believe we deserve some refund from this agency.
