100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Despite terms and conditions stating refund policy (I am a lawyer so contracts are easily understood), they claimed it was not refundable (despite it not stating so). Cheapest, basic economy flights purchased, so everything cost more - luggage, seat assignments, etc. Terrible gouging in my opinion. Good luck getting any contact back from their "admin team" that you have to speak with about any issues, like a refund. You can only email them and get an automated message saying they will respond in 5-12 days, and never contact you back. When you contact the sales person, he will give you the run-around and assure you he will call you back, and then won't. ***** SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE *******

Booked an amazing cruise through Travel Zoo with this company and absolutely loved it. We sailed from Southampton to New York and on to Niagara Falls, as seasoned cruisers we had never seen an itinerary like this before. Everything went smoothly and as planned so wanted to say thank you to Jetline Cruise for this magical experience.

We booked our short break to Prague for March with Jetline Holidays. Price was good, options were good and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Agent seemed to know his product and gave us some local tips. We will book with them again.

We booked our summer holiday with Jetline holidays and we were pleasantly surprised. Agent gave us lots of options and helped us choose. Price was not bad as well.

Of course I booked my trip through Travel Zoo BEFORE I read all of the one-star negative reviews about Jetlines Vacations, but I wanted to share my experience, so far. My travel rep is Rony. He has been very responsive and accommodating to my many questions. First things first, there WILL be an upsale when you book. The cheap rate is never available. We ended up paying $400 more pp for our 6 night trip to Italy (Umbria, Tuscany, Rome with airfare and a rental car, free breakfast each day, and a winery tour). It still wasn't a bad price after all was said and done. But, just understand that you won't get that cheap rate. You will first be told you have it and then will get a phone call back telling you the supplier has said that one is no longer available, but there is "this one" for a higher price. I did not try to negotiate, but you probably can, kind of like buying a used car. The positive side to the upcharge for us, however, was that with the cheap rate we were going to have about 36 hours of layovers each way, with two stops of about 8 hours each. That was going to suck. The higher rate is 14 hours of total travel with one 3 hour layover. Also, we are now not with one of those ultra economy airlines that cancels flights regularly. That's worth the extra bucks right there. After all was paid and booked, I read the reviews about Jetliners and my heart sank. I lost a full night of sleep. Yikes. One I read was VERY helpful, however! They suggested that you get all of your reservation information and start calling/emailing those places (airline, hotel, rental car) and confirming your reservations with them directly. This took some work on my end, but was completely worth it. Our airline tickets were booked with Jetliners' email and phone, so I was not able to get onto the online booking management system which meant that we would not be able to do our own online check-in at the time of our trip. So, I just emailed customer service at the airline. They got right back to me, confirmed our tickets, and added my email to the list so I could do all online work. That was a relief. We still have one hotel (one night reservation) that is not showing our reservation, and Jetlines keeps telling me that it won't show up until 72 hours before our reservation (nervous anyone?), which seems odd since the other two accommodations have our reservations already and even allowed me to make my specific room requests. I will stay on that final hotel, for sure. Worst case, if they end up not having a room for us when we get there, we will just get a hotel room at the airport (hotels are pretty cheap) since we are flying out the next day anyway. So, my advice? Confirm EVERYTHING directly! Make yourself a doc with all accommodations' confirmation numbers, ticket numbers, addresses, email and tele number info, etc., so you have it handy should there be a problem. Next piece of advice GET TRAVEL INSURANCE! From reading the negative one-star reviews, it seems that most of those who got stung did not have travel insurance. You are not going to get your money back from Jetliners if your trip gets delayed/cancelled, etc. It stays so in their terms and conditions. Read those carefully! I get travel insurance for even the smallest of things, like local concert tickets. You just never know what is going to happen. Also, many of those negative reviews were during Covid. Travel insurance now even has pandemic coverages. Third, pay for your arrangements with a credit card that has additional travel insurance. Yes, these are all extra expenses that you don't wan to shell out. But, do you want to travel to this destination? Do you want protection or not? Others have also commented that they didn't get their itineraries/vouchers until a few days before the trip. Jetlines emailed me all of my vouchers with reservation information just a couple of days after my booking. I will update my review after the trip. One thing I have learned is that from now on I will just look at what the "package" covers, which hotels we will be staying at, etc., and do the bookings myself. After looking at all the going rates, I don't know if we really saved any money by going through Travel Zoo/Jetliners. They did do the legwork, which was nice, but with all of the time I have put in after the booking to confirm that everything is actually booked, I could have done it myself. This is what I have always done with domestic travel and cruise excursions. But, this was my first trip abroad with airfare, hotels, etc., and I was nervous to do it myself. Now I have all of the information for how to do my own bookings and will do that, myself, in the future. I hope this was helpful!

Jetline holidays is a horrible company and travel zoo needs to stop using them and find a more reliable company. We booked a 7,000 dollar trip and it was cancelled during Covid. They would not refund the money but said we would be able to rebook a trip anytime with the credit of the full amount paid. We have tried to rebook a trip for the past 2 years, and they are notorious for not returning phone calls or emails. We finally spoke to a ā€œsupervisorā€ who informed us that our credit is no longer valid. They are the worst I have ever dealt with.

We booked a package holiday to Iceland for 15th October 2022 with Jetline Holidays which included accommodation, flights, transfers and trips. The flight was cancelled by Wizzair at the last minute, whilst we were waiting to board. We were unable to book another flight within a reasonable time frame, so we were unable to take the trip. We contacted Jetline to request a refund, and they were quite adamant that it wasn't their responsibility and to contact Wizzair as they had cancelled the flight. Wizzair also denied responsibility, so we contacted our credit card provider, who after consideration gave us a full refund, stating that under Section 75, Jetline were in breach of their contract, as it was a package holiday and therefore they were responsible for the refund. Our advice is not to use this company, as we contacted them several times and they refused to accept responsibility.

DO NOT BOOK WITH JETLINE. We book a trip in August 2020 worth almost $4,000 which had to be canceled due to covid restrictions in the country we were supposed to visit. We rebooked another trip in October 2021 and those flights were canceled (without Jetline realizing it) so we could not go on that trip either. Jetline issued us a travel credit good through May 2023, however, they will not return our calls or emails and we cannot get through to them to book another trip. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

Jetliner Vacations was paid for an Iceland vacation for 2 people from Southern California. They ā€œbookedā€ us for a midnight flight from San Francisco, but when we arrived, the airline they booked us on had no flights flying from San Francisco. Numerous calls, emails, text message’s, and letters have been disregarded. The staff called my home at 9 p.m. the night of the flight to discuss the arrangements as if any traveler would still be at home 3 hours before an international flight from an airport 500+ miles away. We were stuck in the airport overnight without access to food because of a strike by the restaurant workers, had to pay for a last minute ticket to return home, had paid in advance for airport parking which was not reimbursed, and had to purchase food the following day because we were booked on an evening flight the following day. THE WORKERS HAD THE NERVE TO ASK US IF WE WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO ARRANGE A SAN FRANCISCO VACATION FOR US SINCE WE WERE ALREADY THERE! Additionally, I am still struggling to get a full refund. LETTERS, CALLS, EMAILS HAVE ALL BEEN IGNORED OR PASSED FROM ONE INCOMPETENT, LYING EMPLOYEE TO ANOTHER LYING, INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE! DON’T DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!

Holiday at Cabana Blu in Kos was missold. Advertised services and facilities simply did not exist, ie spa, fitness room, a la carte restaurants.. Hotel was not finished and lacked even the basic facilities such as toilets in public areas, i.e. bar, pool buffet restaurant. Jetline upsold us to a junior suite which was only double room size and had no seating area which I would expect in a suite. We moved rooms three times in 10 days due to cockroaches. 'Customer service' are poor, slow to respond and reluctant to take any responsibility, referring us back to the hotel. Still unresolved after 4 months and the MD Steven Roberts did not respond to me, just passed my email to the 'customer service' team. Buyer beware! If I could award a zero, I would!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. After literally 10 minutes after getting off the phone with the salesperson I realized that the trip was not going to work (my son couldnt make the time) I called and tried to cancel. They refused. I then went on the airline site to see what I could work out and they informed me that my flights had been cancelled via the company and I was fine. I then called Jetline Holidays to get my money back and they said ok you can have the plane money back but you cannot have the hotel money back . After a LOT of calls I was able to get the hotel to agree to give my money back in WRITTING and ..guess what?? ...Jetline Holidays has refused even though everyone gave the money back to them. I have now lost over 6500 from this company. If you still think you should use them...just know I tried to warn you

Still awaiting a refund of £77 from 18th Dec when the issue was raised. Despite paying for cark parking, the agent hadn't booked it, which became apparent on the day. I rang and was advised that this was basically my fault for not reading my travel documents thoroughly enough. An apology would have sufficed. Since then no communication following and no refund for the parking so I chased again on 2nd Jan. I was again reminded that I should have checked my documents better and that I'd get a refund in "due course." Various email chases later I'm advised that "due course" actually means over 8 weeks after raising the issue!- refund date given as 13th Feb. I initially assumed this was a typo and that they meant January, I was wrong. On a follow up phone call to clarify, Paul actually seemed quite smug about the 8 week wait I'd face for my refund. I was told that, the company works through refunds in "time order" and are "still recovering from the pandemic." I strongly suspect that the company is, in fact, facing financial difficulty, hence holding onto money which should be refunded. I'd consider a lot of caution before spending any money with this company. Customer service staff are incredibly rude, and reluctant to speak to anyone after the sale has been completed, so it's a real struggle to resolve any issues if the holiday hasn't gone to plan.

So, I read these reviews after I purchased, and do wish we had read these earlier. However, the price seemed so inexpensive, I was lured away by the sales person. So how did our trip to Portugal work out? Well, fine actually. I will say the company is fairly disorganized and leaving an itinerary to be sent only 14 days prior to departure is pretty unacceptable, since we needed to do extra planning for all we wanted to do, and that requires advanced bookings. Since we are well seasoned travelers, we sleuthed our itinerary from the breadcrumb clues in the first email confirmation and later called the airlines and hotels to verify and assured our contact number was on everything, so we’d be notified timely if there were changes. This was the best thing we did, as we never got change notification timely from Jetline: however the airlines kept us up to date since we gave them our contact info. The flights were the cheap ones with no assigned seats, so we booked our own seats directly with the airlines early, just as soon as we found out there were no seats reserved for us. The hotels were fine and very clean with really good breakfasts, but the rooms were pretty tiny. They were also not city center, but had good metro stops very close by. I usually book city center when I plan my own trips, as it makes it easier to access things, and easier to use the hotel during the day. So the trip was fabulous, due to what we built on top of what jetline did for us. Would I use them again?…well, probably not. Too many loose ends and the last minute itinerary proposition (had I waited for that) would have made it impossible for me to plan. We only got our actual itinerary 2 days before departure after I called them…but by then I already had everything figured out and the extra bookings made on my own. So…I will return to my usual habit of planning and booking myself. That way I am in control, and the price is about the same. I really didn’t save money using Jetline in the end.

I WISH I had read these reviews before I booked with Jetline. I've traveled with various companies over 10 years and never required to put 50% down. Unfortunately, my travel partner will require surgery during the travel dates. Roger, initially, was helpful telling me not once but probably 8 times, I should have gotten travel insurance (yes, I know this and typically do so, when offered through the travel company). Roger no longer seemed interested in helping as he said he would contact me in the next two days with spring dates for the same trip, however, he said we were required to pay the additional 50% to get this information. Who would pay almost $2,000 for unknown dates and no refunds or hold my deposit for another trip? He said if I paid for my own airfare, he would give me the hotels free. He also informed me HE would be going on vacation and no one else could help me during that time. Yes, I should have had travel insurance but also lost of weeks of valuable time because the individual calling to request the other 50% payment, had such a strong accent that we couldn't decipher what he was saying. We should be on a plane today, but instead I donated almost $1,000 to this company. Buyer beware.

Deepika set us up with our Ishca, Sorrento and Naples stay! Everything turned out beautifully! The Imperatours company met us and transported us from airport to ferry, hotel and on to the next two hotels! Our cooking class and Capri day trip were professionally handled and fun! Thanks Deepika! Poor customer service. Our itinerary required flights and ferry vouchers which they did not provide. Once they get your money initially, they do not seem to care if you don’t have what you need for a smooth, enjoyable vacation. Will not go on any trips with them in the future.
