Jetline holidays is a horrible company and travel zoo needs to stop using them and find a more reliable company. We booked a 7,000 dollar trip and it was cancelled during Covid. They would not refund the money but said we would be able to rebook a trip anytime with the credit of the full amount paid. We have tried to rebook a trip for the past 2 years, and they are notorious for not returning phone calls or emails. We finally spoke to a “supervisor” who informed us that our credit is no longer valid. They are the worst I have ever dealt with.
