Cheapest, basic economy flights purchased, so everything cost more - luggage, seat assignments, etc. Terrible gouging in my opinion. Good luck getting any contact back from their "admin team" that you have to speak with about any issues, like a refund. You can only email them and get an automated message saying they will respond in 5-12 days, and never contact you back.
