This is a follow up to my past review that I wrote at booking about 6 months ago. I guess we lucked out, because we had a fantastic trip. Prior to leaving, I had a change of address and received an immediate reply and amendment. Our travel documents arrived by email in advance of the trip, as promised. We had absolutely no problems on our trip except for the flights home being delayed, but that was airport issues (strikes) and had nothing to do with Jetlines or the airline (TAP Portugal). In fact, when we missed a connecting flight in Lisbon from Rome, TAP Portugal had new boarding passes and hotel, meal, snack, and Uber (Bolt) vouchers already printed for us when we stepped off the plane, even put us up in a 4 star hotel. Our accommodations at all locations were perfect; our rental car was great. It was literally a flawless trip. I don't know that I will ever book a trip through one of these sites again (booked through Travelzoo) because of the initial upcharges, but I cannot complain at all about the experience. I followed the advice from another reviewer on this site and verified everything myself before we left, created documents with all verifying and contact information for the hotels, etc., which eased my anxiety. I would recommend that for peace of mind. I was overall very happy with the experience with Jetlines.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVEL HOLIDAYS! Where do I start...Poor communication right from the start. You really need to be proactive on our quest for all they promised and that is no guarantee you will receive what was promised and paid for. For instance, with our booking we were promised free gondola rides in Venice...everyday we asked for vouchers and even on our vacation. We received a response on the last day in Venice "that all the gondolas were booked". Meanwhile Venice has almost 450 of them and they were everywhere. Travel arrangements that made no sense...Please, please go over your travel details very carefully. We had useable train tickets and accommodations for Lake Como and had to find other means while on the vacation. I feel the agents were clueless to the area. They are not truthful, nor are they honest and every difficult to deal with. I have never have seen anything like this. We booked this trip through Travelzoo (which we have used over 15 years) and have been dealing with this currently since we just came back last week. Note: Travelzoo is still using this agency (why?) Also, search this travel company, and you will find a lawsuit, scam and many, many issues. It might be too good to be true. Travelzoo should be ashamed....

Please do not EVER USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY- I was charged so many extras on original holiday price quoted . In addition they charged me £90 for transfers which they later denied I had ever booked . Every time I called to chase up I was constantly lied to regarding booking and they said no manager available .Eventually I heard the call recording for booking and turns out I had booked transfers which they lied about and charged me for .Apalling scam company

This is a terrible company to deal with and if I had read the reviews before booking would not have booked with them. Never ever book a holiday which includes flights. Airlines cannot trust the information given by them is correct. I have had enormous trouble with Ryanair to get my boarding pass. I had to verify who I was by photographing my passport, taking selfies and sending a photo of my signature. It literally took me 2 days to sort it out. I asked for Jetlines help and they were very rude and couldn't or wouldn't explain why I had go thro the process. When at last I was able to get the boarding pass Ryanair set me a nice email as to why this has happened. Simply they didn't trust Jetline cruise to give the right details. They also said the co. paid with their credit card and if a refund was due couldn't guarantee I would get it because of how the seat was paid for. They strongly recommend never to book a flight thro a third party. It is not safe

I sought to change a name on a booking via Jetline email. The email printed on every booking confirmation document was invalid; but the email did not bounce back as undeliverable. Rather, I received messages stating that the company aimed to respond within 72 hours. This went on for weeks. No matter how many times I emailed, a response never came. I also could not call Jetline, as the booking confirmation documents listed only an England telephone number and I live in and booked the trip from the US. Every time I tried to call, I was told the number was unable to complete my call. No correct instructions on how to contact the UK company from the US were printed on booking documents. When finally connected, the representative said that if wanted to change the name in the booking, I had to speak with Edward, and Edward is unavailable. Call back later. I did call back, day after day. I was repeatedly told that Edward was sick and to try to call back tomorrow. At no time did a representative of the company call me back. I I tried to reach Edward daily for nearly 2 weeks, with no success. Still repeatedly told that only Edward could change the booking. In reality, Edward was away from the office for multiple weeks with some pancreas issue. Again, I was never told he would have an extended absence, and I was blocked from making the passenger change with anybody BUT Edward. Where is Edward?? I began to believe that Edward had quit, or perhaps died, or that the company wasn’t real at all. Edward finally returned to the office. He did not contact me. I contacted Jetline for what felt like the hundredth time and was connected. We are now well into September, and I started this process during the second week of August. Edward charged me $700 (which posted to my bank account immediately) and booked two completely new flights to and from Rome, instead of just changing one passenger name. When he asked me to approve these flights, he did not send me a document but a heavily cropped screen shot. I had to use my fingers and scroll left to right to read all the information from my cell phone. By receiving this information in such an illegible way, I overlooked the fact that my outgoing flight had been completely changed and was now set to arrive in Rome at 11:50 am on Day 2 of our 6 night vacation, instead of the original 7:00am arrival time. I elevated our complaint to the department supervisor. At this point, I was in tears and honestly believed I was putting my 78 year old mother in danger for traveling with this company. . Rose told me to stop crying and to drink a glass of water. She then said she would make all possible efforts to get us on a flight that arrived in Rome earlier, to allow us more time to see the city. We are traveling in November. Attractions will close, nightfall comes early, and an 11:50 arrival time virtually takes away one complete day of sightseeing. Rose never called me back and never sent a personal email. Instead, yesterday I received a generic email from the admin team with correct names but still with the 11:50 arrival time. I attempted to reply to this email and received a bounce back message that this email is inactive. I will absolutely never book with Jetline again, and I will post this review everywhere I possibly can. I also hold very strong reservations about booking through Travelzoo, the website I used to book this trip, because once I started having challenges with Jetline, I checked online review sites and was devastated to find review after review from customers vowing never to book with Jetline again. What criteria has Travelzoo been using to vet its suppliers? I’m exhausted and discouraged. This should have been an easy trip. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

The company is really bad! Avoid using it! When I initially purchased my tickets for a vacation in Spain they immediately offered an upgrade for better hotels and flights. I paid extra $1000. When I checked the hotels they were exactly the same quality as prior to the upgrade. My flights were eventually canceled and they offered other flights for which I paid $600 extra! They will swindle you at every step! Stay away from them!

DO NOT agree to any charge on your credit card until you receive a full itinerary and can inspect what they are ACTUALLY providing for your payment. The trip may look wonderful in their advertisement and they will gloss over the specifics on the telephone, but they will actually give you the absolutely cheapest options on everything and charge an exorbitant markup, 100% in my case

I booked a girls trip for 13 people and COVID broke out so we ended up canceling our plans. Jetline has been so uncooperative trying to get our money back. Some were able to dispute the charges with their credit card and get the money back, the others like me have been battling with this company to get the refund and/or credit. I email frequently and keep getting excuses, and now almost TWO YEARS LATER, I am trying to rebook the $1400 credit that I still have. I am given every excuse why I cannot use my credit for the specials they offer online to everyone else and have been jerked around by Pearl for weeks and months at a time with her ignoring my emails and phonecalls. Everytime I speak to her she tells me she is working on it and getting prices from the 'supplier' - who just so happens not to be the same supplier for the specials they run. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting me and my gfs time trying to travel with this horrible company!! They will steal your money and try to delay so you don't get it back if you let them. I will continue to pursue this as I WILL not eat that or let them bully me, but it hasn't been fun. Find a better company with some actual customer service and you will thank me later!!

We are in Jordan. The only thing that was not included into our trip was payment to enter the sites. Jordan does not require us to buy Jordan pass. We did. We are paying what's extra out of pocket. The local agency and jetline account manager Richard Levy are trying to scam us to pay entrance fees again, $120 per person to the local agency. We are fighting, the vacation is ruined.

Horrible customer service. and communication.. we booked a vacation with Jetline vacation to Bali. The vacation itself was wonderful. Service from Jetline was not. Jetline sent us several itineraries, with two different return dates. I called them to check the return date (of course they have no documentation of this) and based on what they told me, I booked a hotel for the evening that we returned and return flights for the next day. We arrived back in the USA to realize that we were back a day earlier than what our itinerary showed. Jetline vacation refuses to accept responsibility for this, insisting that they sent us the correct dates. Do not use them

We booked 18 days in Italy in April and & May this year. Price was 3200 per person for Rome, Florence, Venice, Capri, Ischia, and Sorrento. Hotel with breakfast in 4 of the cities and Hotel including breakfast & dinner in Ischia for 6 nights! , Airfare was included from Dallas with train transfers between Rome, Florence and Venice, and airfare between Venice and Naples. In Naples transfers from the airport and ferries to Ischia and Capri were also included. We had to book our own transfers from Rome airport and from train stations to the hotels but it was pretty cheap. We also had to book our own tours and day trips but that was easy also. So maybe we just got lucky but everything was furnished as advertised and customer service was very helpful when needed. You just have to understand exactly what is included and what is not when you book your holiday. We had an incredible time!

This has been a total mess. Dealing with with has been horrible. I think the folks are from India. It is hard to understand each other. Pay the balance has been a nightmare! Travel zoo should stop using them as their operations are substandard.

Do NOT use this company. They hide costs to your trip such as mid-flight baggage costs and they hide the airline you'll be flying until you get your itinerary and even then they'll use a fake airline name to hide it if it's a less than great airline. The point of an travel agency is for your trip to be seamless, yet I spent way too much time with them regarding hidden costs during my trip.

If I could give negative rating, I'd give it -5 . It is soo bad. They don't have any email id, only way to reach is via phone and the call center is as bad as it gets. They won't provide the details and will charge you unnecessarily.

Jetline Holidays, Misleading pricing, Advised hotel not available when on checking it was. Wanted to move us to a more expensive one. Began to smell a problem and advised them to cancel everything. They said not able to cancel as flights booked even though it was less than an hour since we had completed the transaction. Took credit card details and the subsequently tried to add an admin fee that had not been previously discussed. Promoted through Daily Mail & Mail Travel which surprised me as their tagline is “ a brand you know and trust” Look a the many negative reviews on Trustpilot and other review sites before you even consider booking with them!

Beware after sales service😡 We recently booked and went on a Venice cruise and stay short holiday. Prior to trip we had exceptional service and were so disappointed that two days in we were shocked to get phone call whilst in Venice at about3.30 pm. We were told that we had to “make our own way to Trieste port(a two hour drive away) the following day - as we now had no transfer”. It was Saturday afternoon and the only opportunity we had to spend a full day in Venice!!! We obviously made our way back to the hotel - another hour away (don’t be fooled that Mestre is a ten minute bus ride away from centre of venice) We were so concerned that we attempted to find the train station and also bus station - couldn’t find either. Telephoned bus company only to be told there were only five seats remaining (there were four of us) also checked on trains. After several texts and great consternation and worry we decided to book train tickets rather than be left in the lurch altogether - the cost was £55. for four people. Later that day I received a text telling me to wait until I heard more about transfers- too late. Eventually a transfer was found and we had a terrible journey. The driver appeared exhausted and erratic and at one point fell asleep at the wheel. We only avoided a serious crash when my husband yelled at him and dragged the wheel over. Terrifying ! To put it in a nutshell they are refusing to refund the £55. We paid out. Said we can have £100 voucher towards next holiday 🤣. Also be aware that hotels in Mestre are in dreadful locations. We had drunks sitting outside all day making noise and night and seemed to be lots of drug abuse going on close by. I realise this is a long winded review but we are so disappointed and , for goodness sake, we only asked for the return of our out of pocket expenses 😢😢

give 2 stars because I have used them twice, the first trip to Greece was a good experience, my second trip to London/Paris/Edinburgh/Dublin was not. I paid them 8 thousand for a 12 night trip for three and I can't figure out what I paid for, I asked for a detailed invoice and they refused to provide it. The airlines were all budget airlines, which means I had to pay for every piece of luggage. $180 just on one flight. The hotels were priced at $100 to $150 a night for one room that sleeps 3. They were just slightly better than a hostel. In Edinburgh they booked me a room 53 miles from city center, 1.5 hour travel time and 100 pounds one way by taxi. I called them and demanded a closer hotel, their response was that I should have looked at the location prior to my trip and that it was too late for them to do anything. I ended up booking my own hotel room near city center which set me back $600. It's not a good feeling knowing I overpaid for the quality that was provided to me.

Jetline Holidays were able to provide us with the accommodation that we really wanted when we wanted to go. You were recommended by the staff at Casas del Sol and they were right because the process was very easy.

Buyer be warn. The customer service doesn't care about you. Once they have your money, good luck. Most of our transports to and from locations was messed up. I've had to fix many of their problems on the fly. You will get several responses to not worry, you should worry. Don't trust them. Verify everything. Make sure your flights don't get canceled our you will be really screwed. Our hotel I'm Athens was surrounded by hooked and drug addicts. Lack of care when it comes to safety when traveling with a child. Took months of fighting to get them to schedule me a new flight. I wasn't even able to avicate for myself with the airlines because I booked with Jetline. Looking at flights for the second airline that we had to get booked, pretty sure Jetline sold me a second flight without even trying to get my money back from the first airline that canceled forcing me to pay for a product twice. If you do decide to continue, get travel insurance.

Hi, I recently booked Greece trip with Jetline Vacations from Travelzoo Top20. I have a very bad experience with them. 1. They booked my air ticket (AthensSantorini) from Raynair, but Raynair cancel the tickets the night before my departure, All departures in the month were cancelled. I requested a refund and got no response. 2. After the flight was cancelled, the travel agency is supposed to rebook for you. I asked Jetline to rebook a ticket for me. They don't, but asked me to rebook and pay out of my pocket. 3. They booked international flights with only 1 hour connections. This caused major stress. We missed the departure flight connection, but made the returning flight connection. I would never use this vendor again. Other travelers had the same bad experience with them(https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/jetlineholidays.com).
