Terrible customer service I made a serious complaint while in resort and again as soon as I came home still not resolves I keep getting told they are having problems getting the information from the supplier they used
I made 4 statements while in Egypt and it appears all have disappeared as jetline don't seem to be able to get a copy, good job I kept a copy
I returned from holiday 12th June and so far no resolution to my serious complaint.
Would not use this company again and if you are using them for egypt be very careful
