This is the worst booking experience I've had - no communication, no updated travel itinerary, booking numbers that are not valid. I have no address, phone number or contact information for my accommodations or transportation in an Arabic speaking country. I am not receiving the accommodations or package that was advertised. They have no regard for my safety or the need to share my itinerary with my family before I depart my country in less than 24 hours. This company does not care about their clients or their image. As a matter of fact, they scrub all comments off of social media!
