Agree with previous, although this might not be a total scam for everyone, but certainly it is terrible to deal with. I needed to postpone my holiday due to severe circumstances. The guy said I could change dates no problem. This is not true. It’s a big problem to change dates and recoup any of your deposit. I was prepared to delay the holiday until a few months later, BUT! it cost the same price again, to make the changes, and as I looked, it was simply cheaper to book myself directly with where I wanted to go. Basically not only was there zero credit, it cost less to go to another website and book myself, than it did for their fees and high costs to get any other flight or hotel as a replacement. I finally lost an entire 300 pounds and chalked it to experience. I will never deal with Jetline again. The call center is somewhere overseas, although they say they are in London, so there is much background noise. I would rather pay 50 pounds more and deal with a reputable travel agent, who would care about my personal situation and help to at least recoup not all, but some of the monies toward another holiday.
