Lost my luggage and golf clubs. would not help. took months to get them back.
They actually lie to you. I had trackers on them, they would say we "shipped them yesterday" and i could see they weren't moving. It was a disaster, ruined my entire trip. Advice: document every phone call email or text from the beginning. You will need it.
