we book Egypt cruise+Hurghada and Giza holiday in january 2023. the cruise we book on booking. when we went Luxor were put on totally rubbish cruise liner. We paid for our pickup from Cairo to Giza pick wasn’t there we waited hours out side Cairo airport. try to contact was provided by jetline was totally useless. we have to pay agin to hired taxi from cairo airport to Giza hotel. Back home write to customer care for refund of pickup money and Jetline travel customer care Melanie Pugh refused to refund. i would not book any holiday or trust this company.
