The customer service is pathetic. Ordered in September with delivery date 8th October, waited till the 15th and then tried to get in touch with them. Couldn’t get through any phone lines, emails or texts. Finally on the 19th got hold of someone and they promised to send my order ASAP. Texting back and forth finally my order shipped on the 23rd. I also asked her to get the manager to call me as I wanted to give them my feedback. It’s been almost a month and got no reply. Again the same way they are ignoring my messages. Wouldn’t recommend them. Even though the dress is lovely, the hassle to get it deters me from the brand.
