I had the worst customer service they sent me an item that was completely different from the picture. I reached out to customer service before purchasing and said I would like to order as seen in the picture. I had no help choosing how to order that. I ordered to the best of my ability they sent me a different material and the design was on the back of the top instead of the front. It was completely unwearable. I sent pictures and they kept saying I should’ve wrote a note saying “want as scene in the picture” no refund was given.
