Customer service is aweful, please think before you buy from kalki. I ordered one dress ,on dress size is not mentioned when i done measurement it was small ,i sent email to them, they reply just once and after that i send many times how to return as weong size shipped they never reply, tried on fb,whatsapp and on their site,they always say wait i will transfer your chat to person and it never happen, i tried followup them. Their dresses are good but once its wrong shipped then you are gone.they will never entertain you. Please think 1000 times before you buy from kalki
