On July 13th, 2022, I placed my order with Babita. Which was tailored to my measurements. A month later, on August 17, I received my outfit, and the measurements were completely incorrect. I contacted the person I had ordered from as soon as I got the order, and after several attempts they eventually responded that I must send the outfit back on September 1st and receive a replacement outfit made to exact measurements. They provided me a FedEx shipping label on September 1, and on September 2 I mailed the package to them. On September 14 it was delivered to the address in New Jersey. Since then, Aarti & Zeba, and I have been exchanging messages back and forth. It has been 5 months since I am trying to get this outfit which I paid for to be ready in August. Since October 31st, I have not received any response to my queries and this is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I have no whereabouts or status of my outfit or to see if I would even receive any refund of my money. This is seriously the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.
