The staff at kalki are absolutely wonderful. I have ordered both online multiple times and have never been disappointed. I live in the US and have at least 4 orders over the last year. When a blouse I ordered did not completely match they were quick to send another One that I felt matched better. I kept the old one as well. The best part of the process is their YouTube video to measure yourself. Every time I have my husband measure me the dress comes out absolutely perfect! I have had such issues over the years with tailors n India and their horrible measurements. I was assigned to the fact that I would never have nice fitting Indian clothes of my choice. Until I was introduced to Kalki. Now that has changed. Their customer service is amazing. When I visited India last dec I found a dress I really liked. I asked them to change the high collar. Unfortunately by the time the dress was done I had left for the US. So when I got it it didn't fit. I emailed kalki and they gladly took the dress back and had it altered with my measurements and I was able to get it back. I was very happy with their customer service. The clothes look exactly like the website. I have recommended this site to many of my family and friends and will continue to do so.
