The customer service when doing returns is awful!! I’ve been trying to get a return started for a product that hasn’t shipped for two hours! The projected date of arrival on the website was wrong by more than two months. The outfit would not arrive on time. I asked for a return through email, and chat. It’s been two hours of chatting and I still do not have a full refund confirmed.
