Paid and ordered in Jan 2024 and never received the product. It was impossible to reach any one to rectify. Tried emailing, calling (the US number was always busy, and chatting. They responded to email several times with what appeared to be a form letter asking for the order number. We provided all the numbers we had and still kept getting the same response asking for the order number. Horrible customer service.
