Awful customer service. Ordered something more than 2 months ago which was supposed to arrive yesterday. Have sent multiple messages to follow up when it will be shipped with no reply. Will never order again. If you are ordering to the US, do not use this website. The US customer service number on the website doesn’t connect to any number.
