I placed and order and in error checked the wrong size. Immediately I tried to correct through chat and email. Everyday I sent messages through both channels with no response on email at all. Chat I got one question the dummy asked for order number which was I chat already and again no response for days. I cannot correct or cancel order! Now order is being shipped due to your lack of responsiveness. The worse e-commerce shopping experience. If you do not plan to support digital market why offer it?
