Horrible customer service. I ordered lehnga and saree in April and beacause of some reason I have to cancel my order few days later. They only refunded money for saree and I am still waiting to get refund for my lehnga. Every time when I contact customer service they will say within 24 hours we will resolve this but since last two months I just keep contacting Kalki still no money refunded. They are fraud.
