Very poor customer service. An online order was not as described - I asked some questions to the agent via Whatsapp, who said "yes" to all my questions, hoping to make a quick sale. After receiving the item not as described, I attempted a return. Long story short, they blocked me on customer service, ignored my emails, and I ended up initiating a dispute with credit card company. Even during the dispute they wrote me asking "please cancel the dispute, and we will refund the payment"....but who can trust this? The bank advised me NOT to cancel the dispute. Meanwhile their return provider "Happy Returns" is also useless, with no tracking number provided, and no delivery confirmation. Basically worse than zero customer service, they will lie and cheat every chance they get.
