I ordered well over $800 worth of clothing for a wedding and paid expedited shipping. It me of the items said “in stock.” By the time the wedding came I still hadn’t seen a tracking number and asked that they cancel. They said they couldn’t and I could return on its arrival. Three weeks later it shows up while I was on travel. I reach out to the WhatsApp customer service and they redirect me to an email address. I traded at least 15 outbound emails with a person named Saud. He was incredibly unhelpful and asked endless questions that were well-documented in my original email, and even asked me the date of the wedding. He eventually said I could exchange it and pay $49 for shipping, when the last thing I want is more of their clothes and to give them more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
