I was connected to a representative via WhatsApp for a video call to take measurements. Despite clear communication, they completely messed up the measurements and didn’t follow the design I selected. The saree itself was of extremely poor quality — nothing like the pictures. The whole experience felt misleading and gimmicky. When I raised a complaint, they refused to offer a refund and instead suggested I pay an additional £30 to order a new blouse. My money was completely wasted, and I regret being carried away by their website. **This company is not trustworthy. Stay away.**
