I paid for an item with express shipping and the item shipped to me was not as pictured (they sent me a long sleeve blouse, instead of the sleeveless blouse pictured and described). Despite corresponding with customer service by whatsapp and email over the course of 2 MONTHS (and sending every photo they asked for), my issue still has not been resolved and they have not told me how I can receive a refund for the item or exchange for the proper item (even though the window for that has long gone, as my event has concluded). I'm disappointed and frustrated by the countless hours wasted trying to get the issue resolved with customer service and in the money I've wasted on the item and express shipping.
