We attempted to cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it after we read all the terrible reviews and false delivery times. I have an entire conversation with customer support where they refused to despite their website saying cancellation within 24 hours, flat out lying about when we placed the order even though I showed them screenshots of the timestamp order confirmation.
