I am filing a formal complaint regarding this fraudulent business and their misleading and inaccurate information on their website regarding their return policy. I thoroughly reviewed the return policy before I purchased my item and was assured the item was returnable within 15 days and I have complied with this policy. However I am being dismissed and the merchant is refusing to address my concern claiming “the return is subject to approval”. That is NOT in accordance with their return policy!! This business appears to be a fraudulent company and are taking advantage of customers!!
