I ordered two suits as a gift for my sisters. One suit ordered was fine. Second suit was damaged. On receipt of the suits I immediately emailed them with photos of the damaged suit. Reply received after 3 days asking for photos again. Customer service is extremely slow and poor.
I am expected to pay for return which will then b refunded via a credit note for use on their website (why would I want to shop there again).
No apology received either.
