I ordered a coat online today. As soon as I placed my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong size and I immediately contacted customer service via email and test message--they do not offer phone contact!!! I asked them to just change the size on my order or cancel my order and I would place another order for the other size---all this within 15 minutes of placing my order--they refused to do either--stating they can do nothing once an order is placed--this does not make sense to me as they are the customer service for orders!!! They said I could return the item once I got it
SO I have to pay shipping and duty now and then shipping to return the item---and then shipping and duty again if I order the other size!!
I think this is unreasonable--I contacted them as soon as I placed my order--they took 15 mins to respond to my text--the e mail has not been responded to yet--they could have changed the size on the order
Bad experience--I will return the coat when it arrives--but I will not order anything from Karen Millen site anymore!!!
