Literally the worst experience with Customer Service...and equally as horrible as zara.
If you buy - Expect to wait a min. of 30-45 days to receive your item(s).
If you feel your items may be lost in the mail - not their problem. They'll make you wait until they can investigate ...up to another 30 days.
If you return - Expect to pay at least $10 in return shipping.
