I’ve been a loyal client since 2009 and 90% of my wardrobe - work, party, casual, dressy was all KM. My last purchases were disappointing and customer service, though responsive, clearly have been given orders to not budge an inch, even at the expense of a positive client experience - quality of fabric and workmanship has gotten poor, perfect tailored fit and cut of yesteryear gone, and sizing is consistently off. Dresses I own from before that I wanted in different colors and bought recently are just not the same. I gave it a chance when all closed down but no more. This was such an admired and phenomenal brand. Listen up #karenmillen management : this is not how you generate growth and client loyalty. What a shame.
