Not sure about the negative reviews but have ordered my third dress from Karen Millen and it is perfect, quality of all items I have bought including new shoes all arrived on time I did have to make one return but simply went to a Hermes store at my local shop she zapped it and sent it off and my refund was done in five working days.
Really like the app and really like the service and clothes :)
