Absolutely devasyed with recent purchase wasn't able to wear the belt as it had no holes in it
Unable to contact Karen millen on telephone so had to contact them by email and wait upto 72 hours for a response
I will not be buying from them again after being a customer for many years
They are making me wait over a week for a refund however taken money from my account straight away I have not been refunded for the postage either
On top of this they won't honour a gift voucher despite it only being three days out of their expiry date
Extremely disappointed poor quality clothing no quality control and dreadful customer services
