If I could give ZERO stars I would! Their clothes look beautiful on the website but their customer service is horrific. I recently ordered a $300 dress and received the wrong item. Ok, this happens sometimes. I emailed them immediately but didn’t get a response for a couple of days. Then they asked me to take pictures of the item before telling me to send it back. Then after a couple more days, they responded with return instructions. I followed those instructions and sent the item back that day. They also required a picture of the receipt from the post office. Complete unnecessary since the tracking is attached the to USPS label they sent me! Once I sent that, after a few more days they emailed me to see if I still wanted the correct item. Not sure why this was a question since I never asked for a refund. I responded and said yes, and then after 24 hours received another email stating the item had sold out. And here’s the kicker….they said I would have to wait until they received the returned item before getting a refund!! Again, they have the tracking information already!! This is completely unacceptable customer service and at this price point, I would think you would get better service. I will NEVER order from this company again.
