Would give zero stars if it was possible. I sent them an enquiry about a missing Australia Post returns parcel (the returns label is generated through KM and paid for by the customer) and advised that I could not get a response from Aus Post (which is usual, they usually will only respond to a company/retailer especially when it's a retailer generated returns label). It's also evident in the postal tracking that I lodged the return. I then got a threatening email back from KM (well, Boohoo) accusing me of fraud and saying the "frequency of missing return items far exceeds normal levels" - I enquired about ONE missing item and this seems to be their way of intimidating customers from following up on anything.
