I ordered a coat from you 11 days ago. You sent it with Evri , it still hasn't turned up.
I have requested to cancel the order and get a refund three times as per my rights under the consumer contract regulations and you have continued to refuse.
Do not buy with Karren Millen,if something forest get delivered by evri you will lose your money and end up with nothing. Avoid.
