Should be no stars. Worst company I have ever ordered from. They have no phone number and when you email it takes days to get a response. They use Royal Mail for shipping…Terrible! I had to file a dispute with my bank because I never received the items and was out 300.00. The company is in trouble and taken over by BooHoo, who also doesn’t respond. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! No wonder they were forced to leave Bloomingdales. When a company doesn’t care about bad reviews, stay away. They will be out of business soon.
