Charged me for return on productcwirh defect. Sadly had to return a dress as it had a defect on one shoulder, so quite visible. Within return form I had chosen that option, so it said free return. I took photos just in case. However, return cist was deducted from return fee at the end. Shame on you Karen Millen how you treat clients and with the fact you are not able to spot defects on your producrs. Very, very disappointing...since boohoo owning it's not top brand anymore, not with this attitude.
