My first and last order from KAREN MILLEN!
The refund system is terrible. They received my refunded items over a week ago and have not yet had the courtesy to email me confirmation of my refund or sent me my refund. I texted them but only excuses came back and asked me to wait almost a month after they received my goods for my refund
