I bought a swimsuit that was too small. I had to pay $10 to return the suit to Karen Millen. In turn, Karen Millen ALSO charged me for $10 for the return. My bathing suit I bought for $83 was only refunded for $73 PLUS I had to pay the $10 return. So I spent $20 on nothing.
I contacted Karen Millen and they said this is the way they do business. Horrible customer service and they offered NOTHING in return. First and last time ordering.
