I made my order over 3 weeks ago… it hasnt been shipped according to the shipper and when you contact karen millen thru text (only option to contact) they say they need to wait 16 days from the moment of contact to be able to contact shipper.
And they are not willing to do anything!
Horrible customer service! Will not order again!!
