Ordered a dress a week ago to arrive the next day. Paid for next day collection but there was no update. So I ordered another dress paying for next day delivery to my house which came late. The dress didn’t fit. On the same day, the courier said they couldn’t deliver the original dress so it’s been returned to sender. So no wedding outfit for me tomorrow. Just awful customer service. I feel I’ve been robbed, two dresses, delivery paid for and only one has arrived that I’ll have to pay to return. BOYCOTT this company until they start caring about their customers. Hundreds of pounds down the drain.
