I am quite surprised to read these negative reviews. As a long-standing online customer, I have consistently had positive experiences. I find the quality of the products to be excellent and the prices to be reasonable. Additionally, whenever I have needed to return an unwanted item, I have always received a full refund without any issues. The process of obtaining a QR code to scan at the post office is straightforward, and I have always received proof of return. The only minor issue I have encountered is that the sizing of some items can be a bit small.
