I ordered two dresses in different sizes wanting to return the one that didn’t fit.
I then saw the reviews about returns and refunds which sent a shiver down my spine.
I have to say I have just revived notification that Karen Millen have received my return and that a refund is being sent. PayPal have just confirmed the refund, this was all within 4 days. Therefore I have given them 5 * for the returns process, £2 is the coast but worth it for an efficient service .
