I find Karen Millen customer services inflexible and their sales tactics dishonest. Most recently I had a genuine and rather tragic reason for a late return in perfect condition with tags etc. And they would not let me return for a credit note because it was beyond their 28-day policy. Before this, I paid £5 to charity for a 15% off voucher, only to find it expired in 2 hours and they would not honour it. Obviously, I don't mind donating to charity, but it felt very dishonest. They did not include the expiry date at the point of sale. I've also had problems with discount codes not working as they've advertised they would, and they won't do anything about it. Given how expensive they are, and how much money I've spent with them (foolish on my part), their customer service is very poor.
