Karen Millen are a disgrace ordered items 12th January still not received 23rd January.
I paid for yearly next day delivery.
I’ve spent hours sending emails back & forth.
They will do nothing.
I asked to have a manager contact me.
Only to be told Manager would say the same I have to wait until 31st of January before I can go through refund proceedure even though on Royal Mail tracking they can see it is going back & forth to different delivery depts.
Never again I’m reporting them to Northampton Trading Standards.
