If zero star was possible it’s what they deserve.
They are disgraceful rude non trustworthy 100% not trustworthy.
I have send many complaints to this company- waste of my energy. I wrote complaint after complaint to Trustpilot, they took no responsibility for any of the losses I’ve suffered. Saying they had not received refunds & I having proof of postage.
Funnily enough I got a refund for one item in the package yet there were two items in said package. This happened several times.i estimate I am out of pocket 400e. They deny they say the check through warehouse security camera & I do not believe this as I know 100% these items were returned.
It feels so wrong to be disbelieved. The ordeal with these people made me unwell.
Who can withstand a loss of that amount.
The customer has to pay for returns & on top of that they deduct a further 3.50 for handling fee.
A customer mentioned the articles of clothing are like dish cloths & I completely agree.
Finding yourself feel beaten & betrayed by a company is demoralising & in the interest of customer care there needs to be a legal obligation for customers concerns are listened to & BELIEVED.
What would the purpose be of returning if the items were correct, of good quality or fitted.
Returning is costly. I have written pages of complaints to these people & they have not responded.
For my own sanity I stopped. I feel abused betrayed as a customer.
No company should do this to a customer & be allowed to get away with it.
