Sadly it’s appears I’m another person waiting on a refund. I returned two items 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund for one. I feel lucky I got one refund back. It’s very disappointing as usually I buy a few dresses and then return but I won’t be buying from KM again. I have been in touch with them asking for my refund and keep getting the same answer that it should be into my account by this date etc.
6 weeks for a refund is ridiculous.
Don’t buy if you think you’ll be returning.
