Now owned by BooHoo which might explain how things have gone so badly downhill. Actually the quality of the clothes was mostly okay, although everything was massively oversized, but the main problem is that refunds take FOREVER and I am even worried about whether I will get my refund at all. Customer service just say repeatedly it's "on its way" and "processing", and claim that they have refunded back to the card, but they have not. Other retailers do refunds in a few days so why are Karen Millen hanging on to people's money for weeks on end? Cashflow problems?
